It's Time For A Little Break, Folks!

Rick and Eddy to take a little time off for family and some 2009 program development

Dear Inside MusiCast listeners around the world:

First of all, Rick and I wish to thank you all for hanging with us over these past years as we attempt to bring you the highest quality in "inside music" programming. We do this because of you all!! We've received so many encouraging emails and interview suggestions during the years and they continue to increase our motivation as we move forward.

Around this time every year, we like to take a few weeks off to attend to important things....like family....work....a little R&R...and program development. That's why it's been a little slow on the posting of interviews.

So, be patient with us as we take the next couple months off.

We'll be back with a great list of guests for the new year. In the meantime, please feel free to to drop us a line below and just say "hello"...and tell us what you like about the show, and make some suggestions. We're doing our best to bring you the best.

Keep in contact. We'll see you soon on Inside MusiCast.

Billy Sherwood

Much More Than a YES Man

It seems that we at Inside MusiCast have recently been delivering musical legacy stories. Our next guest is also a legacy artist. His dad was a big band leader for Bing Crosby and Frank Sinatra; his Mom, a talentetd vibes player; his brother Michael is a sought-after keyboardist and session player. But, if you’re a fan of the rock band YES, then you’re probably familiar with our guest, Billy Sherwood. A seasoned multi-instrumentalist, vocalist and producer, Billy earned a Grammy nomination as producer for Paul Rodgers’ 'Muddy Water Blues' for Best Contemporary Blues Album. While still with YES, he simultaneously worked on his own solo efforts and took on new producing projects that have included work with YES bassist Chris Squire. Most recently, he has joined a new band - CIRCA, featuring YES alumni Tony Kay and Alan White, along with guitarist Jimmy Haun, and released their debut album in 2004. Inside MusiCast welcomes Billy Sherwood.
